Shipping policy
At Forrestdale Tools we pride ourselves on fast, reliable dispatch. Everything listed on our website is stock we hold in our Perth warehouse — not drop-shipped from overseas.
Please note: we no longer offer pick up or collection of orders. All orders are shipped.
Dispatch times
- We ship every business day, Monday to Friday, in the afternoon.
- Orders placed before 12:00pm AWST on a business day are dispatched that same afternoon.
- Orders placed after 12:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and are estimates only, not guarantees.

International orders, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Australia are sold GST-free. However, they may attract import duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees in the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, these charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or delivery charges. We are unable to advise the amount payable in the destination country — please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Urgent orders
We understand that sometimes a job is down and you need something today. If that's the case, email sales@forrestdaletools.com.au and we'll use our best efforts to arrange expedited delivery. Additional freight charges may apply.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided by email where available.
Delivery addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete before checking out. We are not responsible for goods delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us immediately — if the order hasn't shipped we can usually correct it.
Delays outside our control
Delivery timeframes may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We'll keep you informed if we become aware of a problem with your consignment.
