Shipping policy

At Forrestdale Tools, we pride ourselves on fast and reliable delivery of goods.

Note that we no longer offer pick up collection of orders.

Dispatch Times

• We ship every business day (Monday to Friday) in the afternoon.
  
  
• Orders placed before 12:00pm (AWST) on a business day will be dispatched that same afternoon.
  
  
• Orders placed after 12:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
  
  

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and are estimates only.

Australia – Capital Cities (excluding Darwin)

• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
  
  

Australia – Regional Areas & Darwin

• Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
  
  

International Orders

• Estimated delivery: 2–10 business days, depending on the destination country and courier service.

Urgent requirements

• We understand that sometimes you need an item urgently - should this be the case, email us at sales@forrestdaletools.com.au and we will use our best efforts to organise an expedited delivery (may be an additional cost).
